Collaboration: I coordinated with beta readers, designers, and formatters, facilitating smooth communication and ensuring the author’s vision was realized in every aspect of the book’s production.
Outcome
The project was completed on time and within budget, resulting in a polished, engaging novel that met the author’s goals and was ready for publication. The author appreciated the structured approach and collaborative environment, which allowed them to focus on creativity while I handled the logistics and editing. The final product received positive feedback from early readers, positioning it for a strong launch in the market.
