Founded in 2019, Gastronome is the first gourmet grocery store in Tbilisi. It includes more than 800 hand-picked and rare-to-find products from different countries like Japan, France, Spain, Italy, New Zealand, etc. The brand is trying to share the premium experience with its customers.
The brand's goal was to increase sales from an online store while positioning it as a premium gourmet brand. The target audience is the premium segment, who travel a lot and experience various cuisines. These people have an experience of a variety of tastes and will engage with the products.
I have managed the full digital marketing funnel, including setting up tracking for product views, adding to cart, purchasing, and other important events. This helped us to target existing buyers, product-interested people and lookalike them.
Because the website wasn't mobile-friendly, we ran retargeting campaigns on the desktop for mobile visitors. Withing 6 months of partnership we managed to achieve:
