This watch brand came to us wanting to improve their Klaviyo account. They have a 25k email list and email flows already set up, but they knew they were not getting the most out of their systems.

After auditing their account I was able to find key optimizations that can be made throughout their email flows. These were things like testing new subject lines to increase open rates as well as testing new email designs to increase click rates and conversions. I also implemented more educational/Free Value content into both their email flows and campaign calendar to engage the audience better without overwhelming them with promotional content.
From these optimizations, we were able to see over a 20% boost in performance from the account, with both the flows and campaigns getting more opens, clicks, and sales!
