A 3-month project researching the present experience Careem customers have with the different services (Ride hailing, Food delivery, groceris, tenant services...) to map their present journeys, jobs to be done and pain points; use the research as basis for ideating multiple future service concepts via co-creation workshops; making the future concepts tangible and testing them again with end customers, before arriving at an ideal future vision for a multi-service ecosystem. Combining both quantitative and qualitative research methods, with AI as co-pilot.
