Overview

Food Waste Reduction is a mobile application designed to connect restaurants, cafés, grocery stores, and local businesses with consumers by offering surplus food at discounted prices. The primary goal is to reduce food waste while making quality meals more affordable and promoting sustainable living. The app creates a seamless experience for discovering nearby deals, placing orders, and contributing to environmental impact.

The Challenge

Millions of perfectly edible meals are discarded every day because businesses struggle to sell surplus inventory before closing. Existing solutions often lack intuitive navigation, personalized recommendations, and a smooth ordering experience.
