ONO Talents, as a platform, aims to streamline the recruitment process, among other HR solutions, using AI integrations to minimise redundant processes. Since this fresh approach is aiming to make it easier for both parties involved in the recruitment stages, it was important to showcase the improvements it would bring from each perspective.

With the actual product still in development, the main challenge was showing the main features without using actual interface design - which called for different and clever workarounds.

I also helped with the visual identity of the brand, by creating a logo which alludes to the idea of automatisations through AI. Furthermore, by making it an ambigram it would imply that it serves both parties.
