China-Insane-Debt-Problem - Thumbnail Design

The aim of this thumbnail was to portray Chinese president Xi Jinping in a very pensive, somber mood. He had to have the look of someone deep in thought. In this case he is/was thinking about China's insane debt problem. Instead of writing an amount that would let viewers know how much the debt was, I rather used a distressed/grunge background with bank notes/money engulfed in flames to signify how much money China was losing. By not including the exact debt amount on the thumbnail, viewers would be curious to click on the thumbnail to watch the video. Click-Through-Rate increased by 10%.
