Serenia is a luxury real estate digital experience crafted to showcase premium waterfront residential districts, driving high-net-worth investor engagement and seamless booking inquiries. The platform translates architectural elegance into an immersive, high-converting web presentation.

What I Did

• Designed and developed a fully responsive web layout with a focus on immersive typography and editorial grids.

• Integrated optimized, high-fidelity media assets alongside fluid scroll animations to emulate a high-end luxury feel.

• Structured clear strategic conversion blocks and interactive inquiry paths to maximize lead generation.

Tech Stack & Implementation

Built completely inside Webflow using modern responsive CSS structures. Visual layouts and interactive patterns were iterated and prototyped in Figma for pixel-perfect asset alignment.
