Support in the development of a web solution in collaboration with a team of 30 members to optimize the experience of LATAM agents in comprehensive passenger management. The platform enables detailed customer information retrieval, including miles, benefits, and assisted purchases, as well as case management for refunds in cash or miles. The project incorporated microservices, microfrontends, CI/CD pipelines, Testing Pyramid and robust security protocols, resulting in increased efficiency and quality in continuous deployments.
