Proactively audited the multi-page website architecture and identified significant maintenance overhead and plugin bloat caused by a fragmented page-builder setup (Tatsu and Elementor running simultaneously). Proposed and executed a full migration and refactoring of Elementor-based pages into Tatsu, unifying the design system and significantly reducing technical debt.
