Increasing E commerce Sales through Conversion Rate Optimization

I was hired by the client to analyse their data from Google Analytics and Hotjar in order to help them to increase conversions on their website. After the analysis, I was able to optimize where customers dropped off during the checkout process. By this process we were able to increase the conversion rate by 20%.
