I've been handling Amazon accounts and do reconciliation first to check items that are eligible for reimbursements. After checking, I do create cases to Amazon for investigation and once it was confirm missing they will reimburse me. In this case, the client has 39 units missing in her Inbound Shipments. Amazon keep declining the supporting document provided. But I keep push through the case then they approve the reimbursement amounting of $2,754.84
