Mentorship by Luca
Luca Carrozzo is a front-end developer and UI/UX designer with a solid background in creating digital products. He has worked with various startups, contributing to the development of their platforms and digital services.
Over time, Luca decided to take a new path, dedicating himself to sharing his experience and knowledge with other developers and designers through his own mentorship project. This personal venture required a logo that would not only represent his personal brand but also his mentoring platform. That’s why I designed a mascot-style logo that captures his essence and provides a unique, easily recognizable visual identity.
The Challenge
Luca already had a logo for his personal branding, but it didn’t meet the needs of a project like his. The logo was a too literal representation of his face, with too many details, which failed to present a modern and professional image of his brand.
Since the logo needed to represent Luca and we wanted it to continue featuring his face rather than an abstract icon, we decided to explore several solutions that would bring a fresher and more contemporary feel to the logo.
