Built Niche Website From Scratch and Sold it for $22k

So I sold a 2 year old niche website for $22k.

And I sold it 4 days after publishing it on Flippa.

It had 70 written blog posts, 80k monthly page views and 65-70% of traffic was from US.

100% organic traffic, no social media, no AI written content, every word was written by me.

Another thing to mention is that 0 link building has been done. No bought links, no guest posts, pure natural quality content.

The best thing about it is when I calculate the time spent on it compared to the time since it went live, it turns out that I didn’t spend more than 5 hours per week on it - less than one working day!
