As the Podcast Producer and Engineer for the "Sparks" podcast, created in collaboration with the United World Project team, I was responsible for overseeing the complete production process, from initial concept development to the final masters of each episode. The "Sparks" podcast aims to highlight inspirational stories and initiatives of normal people making a positive social impact.
Key Responsibilities and Contributions:
Collaborated with the United World Project team to brainstorm and outline the podcast's themes, goals, and target audience.
Assisted in creating a content calendar and scheduling guest interviews to ensure a steady flow of episodes.
Managed the technical setup for remote recording sessions using Riverside.
Edited raw audio files to remove background noise, filler words, and any disruptions, using ProTools.
Added music, sound effects, and promotional segments to enhance the listener's experience.
Mixed and mastered audio tracks to ensure clarity and consistency across episodes.
Prepared a video trailer as well for the promotion of the podcast in their social media pages
The Sparks podcast successfully launched and received positive feedback for its high production quality and impactful content. It effectively showcased stories of individuals and small organizations making a difference, aligning with the United World Project's vision of fostering global unity and social change.
