Agriculture is one of the most promising sectors in Africa, yet investment in it remains riddled with fear, confusion, and mistrust. Farmiz bridges that gap—making agro-investments simple, transparent, and rewarding for everyday people, while directly funding the farmers who keep the food chain alive.

Our research uncovered two sides of the same struggle.

Potential investors wanted to grow wealth through agriculture but were held back by limited knowledge and mistrust of existing platforms.

Farmers, on the other hand, had projects ready but lacked accessible funding, often falling prey to exploitative middlemen.

The opportunity was clear: create a platform that doesn't just connect investors and farmers but also builds confidence, clarity, and community around the process.

Users could explore agricultural openings like browsing a marketplace, but with richer detail: project goals, farmer profiles, timelines, and potential ROI. A single CTA guided them to fund directly, removing unnecessary steps.

Events weren't hidden behind menus — they lived on the landing page, organized by category, location, and popularity. Attendees discovered events the way they discover music: instantly, visually, and socially.

Attendees could explore perks, lineups, and schedules. If an event required vendors, it was clearly indicated — giving attendees who were also sellers an opportunity to participate with a vendor pass.
