Heimgard is a tech company from Norway, producing smart devices for smart homes. I have prepared 3D illustrations for their smart doorlock manual. The brief was to illustrate the product in a very simple way to create a functional manual, and make it easy to understand for the users to install the product by themselves.

A detailed 3D model of the device was used with a limited color palette from Heimgard’s identity to highlight parts and directions for the users. The illustrations were put together in Adobe Dimension and imported in to InDesign for the manual.
