Inbound webhook receives call data from Vapi → JavaScript processes and qualifies the lead → fields are mapped and a calendar event is created for qualified leads → Vapi receives the response to speak back to the caller → a Switch node routes based on qualification outcome → follow-up email is sent automatically via Gmail.
