The Problem

The client came to me needing an update to their site. Their old website was tired, didn't look great and wasn't very functional.

The client's main role is to accept grant applications and award grants, however, the client received ~400 applications in a word document or PDF format.

This in combination with the confusing and difficult website resulted in hundreds of enquiries and applications coming in via email which became overwhelming to respond to.

The Request

The client requested only a few things:

A new website that looked great

Ideally an online form to accept applications.

The Solution

To solve this issue, I delivered the following:

A stunning, yet easy to use Wix website.

Implemented an automated application form that cut down processing time by 60% (no more manual PDFs or Word Docs!)

Added a prominent FAQ section to reduce the number of enquiries via email.

Set up backend automations that kept applicants in the loop as to their application status and assisted in cutting down in admin that would normally be completed by the team.

Continued to work with the client (even after the contract was completed) to tweak and improve their processes.
