Turno — Live Queue System for a 3-Location Barbershop

Three shops. One brand. Zero missed turns.
Monterey Barber Studio runs three shops in Miami Gardens under one name. Walk-ins were a guessing game. No fair line, no idea when you were up, barbers and customers both improvising. People walked out.
So we built Turno.
Scan a QR at the door and you are in that shop's line, with a live place number on your own phone. Web push tells you when you are two turns out, then tells you which chair. It buzzes a locked phone in seconds, in English or Spanish. Every barber gets an installable app to run their own queue, track earnings, accept, pass, or finish a cut. Every finished cut can be rated, top barbers rise on the landing page, and a five star finish nudges a Google review. Reputation compounds on its own.
Three locations run as independent lines under one roof, on a Supabase engine with locked down permissions, realtime updates, appointment requests, and per location deep links.
It is live at montereybarberstudio.com. Real customers, real barbers, today.
$700 to build. $350 a month to keep it running, monitored, and improving. That is how Flow works. You are not buying a file, you are buying infrastructure your shop depends on daily.
Flow builds the machine service businesses run on. The brand people judge you by before they call, and the AI that answers when they do. Call 786-289-9253 to hear the other half.
