Tech Cafe is a full-stack MERN event management SaaS platform built to handle high-traffic events with real-time interactions and role-based access. I developed a production-ready, scalable system using Node.js and Express for backend API development, MongoDB for data, and React.js for a responsive frontend. It enables QR-based attendee tracking, custom admin and moderator dashboards, and real-time event flow management, delivering an enterprise web application for large-scale events.
