This case study presents a stylized 3D character created in Womp, using Womp Spark — Womp’s new AI workflow that can generate images and 3D meshes from text prompts and helps you refine them inside the browser editor. The project demonstrates a pipeline from text prompt to generated mesh, manual refinement in Womp, material/lighting passes, and final export for turntable renders and 3D printing.

The character blends soft robotics and futuristic couture — a tactile, approachable AI being that reads as both mechanical and emotive. The concept intentionally leans into clean silhouettes and layered materials so the prompt-to-mesh results from Spark could be refined quickly without reworking topology from scratch. (Spark’s generative approach accelerated ideation and provided multiple starting meshes to iterate from.)
