Impostor Syndrome Infographic

After months of research, my clients Antonella and Diana approached me to create a memorable and easy-to-understand graphic piece that would shed light on the prevalent issue of impostor syndrome among women in the workplace. The goal was to raise awareness of the issue and provide practical ways for women to cope with it, helping them thrive in any professional setting.

I suggested using vector illustrations to create impact and enhance the audience's understanding of the subject matter. By combining powerful imagery with a bold and feminine color palette, the information becomes engaging and easy to follow. The color scheme was carefully chosen to reflect femininity in a conventional sense while also conveying a sense of strength and empowerment, highlighting the great potential that lies within every woman. By tapping into both our softness and delicacy, and our inner power, we can use these qualities to our advantage.
