I developed a full-stack web application for a leadership resilience assessment. The platform guides users through a 49-question survey designed to evaluate resilience across four key domains. Key features include: User-friendly assessment experience, Instant results upon completion, and Automated generation of a comprehensive 14-page resilience report. I built the frontend using React to ensure a fast, responsive, and seamless user experience. The backend was powered by Laravel, handling secure data processing, report generation, and user session management.
