I was part of a small, cross-functional team that worked together to relaunch MOO's Refer-a-Friend and Refer-a-Business programs. The goal of our efforts was to develop an experience that would seamlessly integrate into the shopping experience, clearly define the two programs and provide the right messaging at the right time in the journey.
To support the launch, we developed a cross-channel campaign to help spread the word.
The program has proven to be a huge success by engaging our most loyal customers and earning new ones.
