Overview
Guide the Mind is a wellness initiative led by a certified counselor focused on mindfulness, personal growth, and mental health. The goal was to create a calm, trustworthy, and elegant digital space that reflects the values of the practice and builds a strong emotional connection with visitors.
My Role
I led the full project—starting from strategy and design to development in Webflow. The client needed a clean, minimalistic website with a professional tone and warm presence, optimized for both desktop and mobile.
Objectives
Communicate trust, expertise, and emotional calmness
Design a layout that feels modern, but human and personal
Make booking sessions intuitive and stress-free
Build a responsive, accessible site using Webflow
Ensure fast loading time and SEO fundamentals
Process
1. Discovery & Strategy
We started with a strategy session to clarify the website’s goals, the target audience (adults seeking mental clarity and emotional support), and how to communicate the counselor’s voice visually and emotionally.
2. Design (Figma)
Using soft neutral tones, lots of white space, and strong but calming typography, I created a UI that feels both professional and personal. The layout was intentionally spacious to support focus and reduce anxiety—important for a mental health audience.
3. Development (Webflow)
I built the site with Webflow, making sure it performs well on all devices and loads fast. Animations are subtle, supporting the user journey without distraction.
