Kaizen AI Accountant

I developed an accounting AI chatbot to prompt users for tax information and assist them with their tax returns. This project was done in collaboration with Kaizen Apps. The chatbot was designed to cater to individuals and provide a user-friendly tax filing experience.

The problem I solved was the complexity and confusion associated with tax filing. My AI chatbot streamlined the process by guiding users through a series of prompts to gather necessary tax information. It offered personalized assistance and simplified tax return preparation.

I conducted extensive research on tax regulations and forms to create a comprehensive database of questions and prompts. My accounting AI chatbot successfully guided users through the tax filing process, reducing the time and effort required. Users appreciated the personalized assistance and found the chatbot to be highly intuitive. Key metrics, such as completion rate and user satisfaction, significantly improved with the introduction of the chatbot.

Through this project, I learned the importance of continuous iteration and user feedback.
