I spearheaded the development of FoodEx, an on-demand food delivery platform featuring customer, merchant, and rider apps, alongside a merchant web panel and central admin dashboard. I implemented powerful functionalities including geolocation-based restaurant/food search, scheduled push notifications, and comprehensive rider app features for order, delivery, and earning management. The platform also boasts real-time order notification, earning reconciliation, dynamic opening-closing, and more for merchants. Additionally, I crafted a robust business dashboard enabling efficient management of orders, riders, merchants, payments, and rider shifts. Introducing a promo code generation tool with complex logic facilitated customized discount coupons, enhancing customer engagement and retention. The result? A comprehensive solution elevating food delivery services' efficiency and customer satisfaction.
