The aim of the HRD and HR Initiative of the Year Awards is to recognize the HRD profession and its strategic contribution to corporate development through its initiatives, values and career path. Candidates are auditioned, and then, at the end of the process of this process, the jury selects the future winner, who will be honored at the award ceremony.
