Project Overview: The goal of the project was to enhance the mobile product offering to drive user adoption and streamline expense management for our clients.

Key Objectives:

Improve mobile product functionality and user experience to increase customer satisfaction and engagement

Integrate advanced security measures to ensure user data protection and compliance.

Key Deliverables:

1. Implemented Google Pay setup to facilitate easier payment processing for users.

Developed provisioning and tokenization processes to enhance transaction security.

Integrated biometric authentication and two-factor authentication (2FA) for improved user safety

Incorporated 3DS (Three-Domain Secure) verification to reduce fraudulent activities.

2. Virtual Card Implementation:

Executed the rollout of single-use virtual cards, providing users with enhanced control over their transactions

Developed team virtual card functionality to streamline expense management for collaborative projects.

Outcomes:

Increased user adoption rates and improved user satisfaction through enhanced mobile capabilities.

Strengthened security features leading to reduced risk of fraud and data breaches.

This project played a crucial role in positioning MOSS as a competitive player in the FinTech space.
