Introduction
In my last job, I created various creative works. I can't show them all publicly because of a contract (NDA), but I can share them in private through screen sharing. My work includes different types of designs like banners, YouTube thumbnails, and email campaigns. Each design was made to look good and engage users.
I worked with project managers, developers, fellow designers and copywriters to make each better. We used tools and methods to make the design process faster and to fit different types of content and audiences around the world. Continue reading to take a look at some of the work I've done.
Affiliate Banners
In this section , you’ll find a collection of banners I designed to drive traffic and conversions for affiliates. Each design also helped strengthen the different brand's images, making sure it looked consistent and easily recognizable to viewers. Although the designs are overlaid for confidentiality, you could still get a sense of the compositions.
Email Campaigns
In this section, you’ll explore various email campaign designs that epitomize my skill in merging visual elegance with strategic content placement. Each email layout, though overlaid, is a testament to my ability to create engaging, responsive designs that captivate recipients, encourage reading, and drive clicks, contributing to the overall success of marketing campaigns.
I enhanced the process with efficiency improvements. Using color variables, I made adapting designs for dark/light modes quicker and easier, boosting visual quality without adding extra work. I also developed reusable components to speed up the design process, ensuring a consistent look and feel while cutting down on completion time. These designs catered to a variety of email types, including onboarding, reminders, abandonment, increase of retention time, and many more.
YouTube Thumbnails
My experience in creating YouTube thumbnails is showcased in this section, highlighting my expertise in combining compelling imagery with engaging text elements. Each thumbnail is designed to be visually striking and clickable, ensuring higher click-through rates and viewer engagement. I always ensure the thumbnails align with both the titles and video subjects. I have been involved in the entire process, from starting a new channel and conducting keyword research, to the final publication of the videos.
Display Ads
Here, I present a variety of PMAX and display ads that I’ve created over time. These designs highlight my expertise in creating visually appealing and effective advertisements tailored for diverse audiences. Given the millions of visitors engaging with our content and the substantial money spent, ensuring its quality was necessary to maximize the return on investment. I worked closely with SEA to constantly improve ad results and ensured new markets were refined and ready at launch. I created ads for twenty different countries. In addition, I also crafted Yahoo Ads specifically tailored to meet the unique requirements of the Japanese market.
Facebook and LinkedIn Ads
In the Facebook ads section, you can see how I made different types of ads (feed/sponsored posts, reels and carousels) to attract various groups of people. I used Facebook's tools and data to analyze competitors, make sure each ad looked good and reached the right people. Some ads were for retargeting, while others were made for specific jobs or audiences. Every ad was a mix of pictures, CTA’s, and messages to get the most attention and interaction.
For LinkedIn, I focused on making content that fits the professional and business-focused audience on the platform. Each ad combined strong visuals and clear messages to connect with professionals and decision-makers. This work shows my ability to create effective ads that are specially made for different social media platforms and their audiences.
This segment of my portfolio showcases Pinterest posts that are both visually enchanting and aligned with brand messaging. These posts, uploaded on a weekly basis, have been instrumental in amplifying the brand’s presence on this visual-centric platform. Although I can't disclose specific numbers, the organic growth in engagement and brand visibility has been noteworthy.
Blog Images
Lastly a project where I managed the update of xxx images on 10 different websites to fit local languages. I planned the budget carefully and used spreadsheets to keep everything organized. To make the work faster and accurate, I created an semi automated system to help translate the text related to the images, like alt texts and descriptions, into the local languages. This project shows my ability to handle big tasks efficiently.
