Core user workflows & access control
The backend maps separate organizational permissions to enforce data segmentation:
Normal user
Uses the INEC registration-centre finder to locate the closest location, uploads a baseline profile, and inputs a NIN token.
Volunteer
Coordinates local collection drives, updates centre status, logs operational delays, and uploads site feedback.
Admin
Manages access control, reviews API key quotas, tracks provider usage, and accesses the volunteer coordination dashboard.
