Moley Robotics is building world's first robotic kitchen that can cook like a master chef

Reintroduced Scrum for hardware robotics team, ran effective sprints, stand-ups, organised concise sprint planning and retrospectives, and increased velocity by 51% as well as acted as scrum master and product owner

Worked closely with lead robotics hardware and software engineers, scrum masters and product owners to prepare high-level project plans (corresponding to goals and initiatives) by blending together traditional and agile practices (critical path method, WBS, network diagrams, milestones, Gantt charts, release planning, story prioritisation, road-mapping) utilising Jira, Confluence and Celoxis

Prepared and collaborated in the production of technical architecture diagrams by utilising draw.io to present dependencies and connections between hardware and software projects on a big picture and to highlight overall progress 

Identified and wrote technical API functions for several kitchen equipment in collaboration with software engineers

Conducted coaching for engineers to help them transition into SM and PO and take lead as scrum masters to their agile teams

Coached non-technical teams in agile and scrum practices to improve workflow and eliminate impediments and waste

Researched and trialled several innovative agile and traditional project management tools and especially focused on Jira – Gantt integrations; chose and utilised the best available PM methods

Received several positive feedbacks from CEO and team members regarding my organisation, grasp, leadership, negotiation and communication skills
