Shufti Pro is the leading provider of AI-powered, end-to-end identity verification, eKYC, and AML solutions to industries like crypto, finance, insurance, healthcare, gaming, the travel sector, etc. It had a lot of independent modules, where my work was mostly related to improving and enhancing the Human Intelligence part of this system.

Delivered an LDAP-based authentication system for providing an on-premises solution to one of its clients.

Implemented a new WebSocket server using Socket.IO for real-time tracking of online/offline DEOs in the office, reducing the polling overhead from live servers.

Created a local network server using Node.js for serving images and video files in a low-latency real-time system.

Optimized and remodeled a whole major module and reduced latency of request processing from 3-4 seconds to less than a second to make it almost real-time for the end users.

Created and deployed a Video KYC solution using Twilio, Node.js, and Socket.io.

Replaced Redis with MongoDB for decoupling multiple module dependencies from the system.

Standardized code structure in up to 4 projects and integrated ESLint to ensure consistent code quality among all the team members.

Experience in integrating any third-party libraries into new or existing projects.

Experience in working on the Unix/Linux command line using Git, SSH, servers, processes, etc.
