AWS CloudOps for Media Giants

At the New York Post, I led a project to modernize their platform by transitioning from a traditional Content Management System (CMS) to a modern headless architecture with GraphQL on the backend. This transition required substantial infrastructure updates and recreating custom integrations previously embedded in the CMS.

At Linus Media Group (aka Youtube's Linus Tech Tips, with over 31 million combined subscribers), I led the team in developing a video-on-demand and live-streaming platform called Floatplane. My responsibilities included building an automated encoding and transmuxing system, deploying content to edge servers, and integrating with third-party payment processors.
