What did we build?
A custom furniture ecommerce platform with a customer storefront and a dedicated business admin panel. Srivay Recliners operates two furniture stores in Hyderabad, India. Intelliflow Technologies designed and developed an application that brings its furniture collection, online shopping experience and website administration into one connected platform.
The project covered UI/UX design, backend development, frontend development and deployment within the client’s preferred hosting budget.
Customer-facing storefront The storefront presents Srivay’s furniture through a warm cream and brown palette, prominent product photography and elegant typography. Its customer journey includes:
Product categories, listings and search.
Product detail pages with similar-product recommendations.
Customer registration and login.
Wishlist, cart and checkout.
Showroom visit calls to action.
About, contact and blog pages. Furniture purchases often involve comparison and an in-person experience. The website therefore supports both online shopping and customers who want to visit a showroom before purchasing.
Business admin panel
The administrative workspace brings recurring business tasks into organised sections:
Catalog and inventory: products, categories, subcategories and stock.
Commerce: orders and customer records.
Enquiries: customer requests received through the website.
Content: CMS pages, content blocks, navigation and blog posts.
Promotions: coupon management.
Reporting: revenue summaries, trends and order status views.
Access: authenticated administration and role-based permissions. The dashboard provides an overview, while the navigation gives staff clear routes to individual management tasks.

Why did the client need it?

The existing WordPress template-based website was not meeting the client’s business needs.
The client reported recurring problems with the previous website that were affecting the business. The replacement needed to improve both the customer experience and the team’s ability to operate the application.
We began by understanding the client’s requirements, expectations and working processes. Three priorities shaped the solution.
A stronger furniture shopping experience
Customers needed a clear way to explore the collection, compare products and take the next step. The design gives prominence to furniture imagery, product navigation and shopping or showroom actions.
Practical business administration
The team needed dedicated tools to manage products, inventory, orders, enquiries and content. These functions were organised into an admin panel built around everyday operating tasks.
An affordable hosting approach
The client was not comfortable investing heavily in cloud services or a VPS. The application therefore needed an architecture that could operate within the selected shared hosting environment.

When was it delivered, and how was the work organised?

The entire project was completed in 20 days.
The delivery progressed through the dependencies of a complete ecommerce application.
1. Requirements and scope
Understand the existing website’s problems, the customer journey and the team’s administrative needs. Define the responsibilities of the storefront and admin panel.
2. Architecture and hosting planning
Plan the backend, database and frontend around the client’s hosting constraints before development.
3. UI/UX design
Use Figma to establish layouts, navigation, components and brand presentation. Give the storefront a product-led experience and the admin panel a clear operational structure.
4. Backend and admin development
Establish the application’s data and business logic for products, categories, customers, orders, inventory and content. Connect those capabilities to administrative screens.
5. Storefront development
Build the customer-facing pages and connect product discovery, accounts, wishlist, cart, checkout and showroom enquiries.
6. Review and deployment
Bring both panels together within the selected hosting environment. The essential review paths cover customer shopping, account access, enquiries and administrative updates appearing correctly on the storefront.
This sequence connects business requirements to design, then application foundations, customer interfaces and final delivery.

Why did we choose this technology stack?

The architecture balanced custom functionality with the client’s hosting budget.
TechnologyPurpose and selection logicGoDaddy Premium Business shared hostingMatched the client’s preferred hosting investment and avoided the operational commitment of a separate VPS.PHP 8.4.3Runs the server-side application within the PHP hosting environment.Laravel 12+Organises backend logic, validation, authentication, database access and business workflows.MariaDBStores structured records for products, customers, orders and inventory.Vue.js 3.5+Supports reusable components and interactive storefront and admin interfaces.Tailwind CSS 4Supports consistent styling, responsive layouts and shared visual patterns.Node.js 24 LTSSupports frontend development and production asset builds.FigmaSupports interface planning and alignment of layouts, components and branding.
Node.js serves as build tooling in this architecture. The deployed PHP application serves the compiled frontend assets, so it does not require a continuously running Node.js application server. This distinction follows Vue’s production build approach.

Delivered outcome

Srivay received a custom furniture ecommerce application with a branded storefront and a dedicated admin panel, completed in 20 days.
Customers can explore furniture, use shopping features and connect with the showrooms. Staff have tools to manage the catalog, inventory, orders, enquiries, content and reporting.
