● Leading and managing a team of testers and test leads.

● Planning and resource management.

● Driving process and Way of Working improvements.

● Leading international improvement workstreams.

𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐒𝐲𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐦 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐓𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝 (2016-2020)

● Ensuring that customer projects are delivering products of high quality, upholding the TL9000 standard (an extension of ISO 9001 for the telecom industry).

● Requirements analysis, verification and evidence gathering to make sure the project is delivering according to the customer requirements.

● System verification and inspection.

● Planning and executing test plans in different Agile development phases.

● Involved in high value projects with customers such as KPN and Telefonica.

𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭 𝐐𝐀 𝐭𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐝 (2016-2020)

● Responsible for the release quality of:

➞ A very sophisticated and advanced boot loader used by millions of set-top boxes in homes and commercial properties across the world.

➞ A Linux based board support package, used by customers to build set-top box Middlewares.

● Planning and executing system and feature tests.

● Creating and executing manual and automated tests.

𝐅𝐮𝐧𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐚 𝐭𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐝 (𝟐𝟎𝟏𝟒-𝟐𝟎𝟏𝟔)

● Ensuring that releases coming from two development teams worked according to the requirements and were free of severe defects.
