Overview

The mobile application, "Greenleaf" is designed to collect and visualize real-time data sent from an Arduino device (ESP8266) to a Firebase Realtime Database (RTDB). The Arduino, equipped with various sensors (such as temperature, humidity, light, and soil moisture), sends sensor readings to the Firebase RTDB whenever the data changes.

How it works

The app connects to the Firebase RTDB and retrieves the live data sent by the Arduino. Users can view this data in a user-friendly dashboard that displays the readings in real time, using charts and graphs for easy interpretation. The app also features a historical data section, where users can view past readings, analyze trends, and export data for further analysis.

Key Features:

Real-time Data Visualization: Live updates of sensor readings in a visually appealing dashboard.
Historical Data Access: View and analyze past data with filtering options by date and sensor type.
Alerts & Notifications: Set thresholds for specific sensor readings and receive alerts when values exceed these limits.
User Authentication: Secure access to data using Firebase Authentication.

Use case

This application is ideal for farmers to monitor the variables in their greenhouses to enable optimum crop growth
