An insurance agency was running its whole book out of a spreadsheet, so renewals slipped whenever nobody checked it. I moved them into GoHighLevel with a six-stage policy pipeline, seven workflows including an automated renewal cycle, and one central exit workflow that cleanly stops automations when a contact's status changes.
