Request to Pay over App and USSD

A merchant requests money from a customer, who pays from a push notification or a USSD prompt. Either way, the request can only be paid once.
What I did
Led delivery of Request to Pay at DPL, across app (push) and USSD
Built it on .NET microservices
Made payment idempotent: a request moves from Pending to Paid only while still Pending, so a second attempt changes nothing
Result
4,000+ merchants adopted Request to Pay
