AI agencies often rely on scattered tools — CRMs, calendars, spreadsheets, and task boards — creating blind spots, duplicated work, and missed deadlines. Leaders needed a single, visual space to track clients, jobs, and team performance in real time.

I designed and developed Quantum Ops, a responsive dashboard that connects every operational layer:
