For this project, I was contracted by the founder to handle the user & market research for the product.
Got a project-based product marketing manager and worked with her in identifying the target market of the product, also conducted user research interviews to aid in understanding user's pain-points in relation to the product
2. Developed user personas to further understand user's behaviors and motivations
3. Also, in collaboration with the marketing manager, we analysed the market to understand the trends, competitive space and future outlook
4. Based on our findings, we came up with fact-based strategies to drive the product's adoption in the market.
