(The Gušter logo was presented two times on art exhibition of mixed visual expressions and works. And to this day, after a year and so, colleagues and other acquaintances have had positive reactions all the way throughout)

Project goal- visual identity for an imaginative company created by myself

Gušter...gušššter.

For better understanding, Gušter is a Montenegrin word for lizard, and therefore comes the symbolism of the entire brand.
If you have dreamed of or saw a lizard more than once, it may be a sign that you need to pay more attention to your dreams and goals.
The lizard is a symbol of adaptation in the world. While some are disgusted by these reptiles, the brave know that this little fellow had a direct connection to the dragons.
Regardless, we can all agree that the lizard is synonymous for changeability, flexibility, speed and shrewdness. To all that, when we add the phenomenal ability of camouflage, the lizard becomes a symbol that could teach us a lot.

When starting a design journey, we need certain information, guideline and brief on which we are going to base our work on.
As this brand was completely imaginative, fictional and not based on real clients needs, I placed myself as I client with specific requirements.
Company's offer and services:
Graphic design (logo design, book of graphic standards/book of guidelines, corporate identity, business cards, envelopes, memos...- catalogs, brochures, flyers-posters, billboards- menus, price lists, wine lists...-covers of books, magazines, newspapers...- calendars...
Web design/ UI/ UX design
Since even with company's services, I couldn't figure out what exactly to create, I created a color and style mood board. Which gave me more precise guides towards the end goal.
I knew it needed to be colorful, bright, playful, creative and friendly.

Later on with, after many sketches and variants...

I have come to the final logo, right when I was on the edge with my patience and current sketches that didn't seem to work.
Which led me to creating the best possible solution for the Company.
The work below is final outcome of visual identity.
(the brand's visual guidelines are not included/ book contains about 20 pages of visual explanation and allowed usage of such)
