Project Description AI Win-Back & Customer Reactivation Flow is an advanced CRM automation system designed to identify inactive leads, lost deals, and past customers who can be re-engaged with personalized follow-up sequences.

The system analyzes CRM activity, last interaction date, deal status, purchase history, customer intent, and engagement signals. Based on this data, AI segments contacts into reactivation groups and triggers tailored email, SMS, or sales follow-up workflows.

Instead of sending the same message to every contact, the system creates smart reactivation paths based on customer behavior, urgency, value, and previous objections.
