ShapeRoute — crypto-rewarded fitness tracker

ShapeRoute is a fitness tracker that helps people record body measurements and progress photos to visualise their transformation over time — with a built-in reward token, Shape Coin, to keep users motivated and engaged.

I worked on this as part of Pentagon Studio, leading the engineering to bring the product to life. The user research and UI/UX design were led by Rafael Enes.

The fitness-tracking space was full of one-person apps with buggy performance, heavy ads, and poor UX — driving high churn. ShapeRoute set out to win those users with a solid, well-built, well-designed alternative.
