The client needed a visually pleasant and engaging ebook cover. They also needed mockups showing the newly designed cover for the product page on the client's website. The client also needed a simple video on a subject related to the ebook's subject.

The deciding factor for this project was the communication between designer and client. The willingness to talk and ask pointed questions about the wants and needs of the client made this a lot easier for the client and designer to get an end result that was up to the each ones expectations. After getting examples of previous work and communicating to be sure the designer understood the project, then the choice was made to use this designer because of the pointed questions the designer asked. They were clear on what was expected and their confidence in accomplishing that was refreshing.
