Overview:
Yeerlo is a dynamic event ticketing platform that enables users to seamlessly buy and sell event tickets. To ensure a smooth, bug-free experience, I conducted comprehensive manual and automated testing for both the web and mobile applications.
What I Did:
✅ End-to-End Testing to ensure a seamless user journey from ticket purchase to confirmation
✅ API Testing & Automation with Postman & Newman to verify payment gateways and data consistency
✅ UI/UX Testing for cross-browser and cross-device compatibility
✅ Regression Testing with Cypress & Playwright to prevent new updates from breaking existing features
✅ Performance Monitoring & Logging using Datadog, ensuring real-time visibility into app health
✅ Bug Tracking & Reporting via Jira, collaborating with developers for faster issue resolution

Improved test coverage and reduced production bugs by 85%
