This solution significantly reduces the time and effort required to review resumes, ensures a more objective evaluation of candidates, and improves the overall quality of shortlisted applicants. By leveraging natural language processing and machine learning algorithms, the AI system can quickly analyze large volumes of resumes, identify key qualifications, and match candidates to job requirements more efficiently than manual screening.

2. Customer Service Department
