.NET Legacy System upkeep and modernization

Developed and maintained C#, SQL, and JavaScript in large .NET project, built on top of in house platform

Made significant contributions using JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, Aurelia Framework, including creating new interactive pages for users to customize their web application, making UX improvements to the application’s workflows with a guided step by step UI

Updated and improved existing JavaScript and JQuery code while supporting cross browser compatibility and writing front end tests using Jasmine and Karma to ensure coverage

Contributed using C#, SQL, PS scripts, and OOP Principles to back-end functionality of the application, creating new features such as customizable pickers, adding SSO to the application, making performance and scalability improvements, refactoring and adding testing using NUnit and Moq libraries

Managed client relationships and customer support to quickly resolve defects and incidents, clearly communicated to clients and colleagues in high stress situations, wrote and executed SQL scripts to when there was data corruption

Worked closely with customer support and product managers to make meaningful improvements to the product

Planned and developed new features, UX improvements, and tech debt management work using Agile methodology, and tools such as Jira and Lucidcharts for design diagrams and documentation, wrote documentation for internal use of the team, end users, and support team
