AC Hair Co — Salon Website + Square Booking Setup

AC Hair Co is a full-service salon in Minnesota that operates on a level system, similar to Redken salons. Stylists are tiered by experience, and clients choose from different price points based on the stylist's level. Less experienced stylists are priced lower, while senior stylists command higher rates.

The problem: when clients went to book, Square's default booking flow dropped them into one big database of services with no clear structure. Clients who should have been booking higher-level stylists at higher price points could easily end up selecting lower-level pricing instead. It was confusing for clients and left money on the table for the salon.

I designed and built a custom Squarespace website with organized service pages that match how the salon actually operates:

Stylist-level booking flow — each stylist page presents the correct services and pricing for their level, so clients are guided to the right options from the start

Structured service pages — services are organized by category with clear descriptions, so clients understand what they're booking before they click through to Square

Square booking integration — each service links directly to the correct Square booking option, eliminating the confusion of browsing the full database

Mobile-friendly design — clean, responsive styling so clients can browse and book easily from their phones

Custom CSS styling — polished the look and feel beyond Squarespace defaults to match the salon's brand

Clients now land on a clean, organized site where they can find their stylist, see the right pricing for that stylist's level, and book directly — no more getting lost in Square's full service list. The booking flow finally matches how the salon runs.
